At Printra, we take great pride in the quality of our custom-printed products. Because every item is personalized and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or customer errors.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order on our end, we are here to make it right.
1. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within [24 hours] of placing it.
- Once an order has entered the printing or production phase, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
2. What is Eligible for a Return or Refund?
We will happily replace your item or provide a full refund if your order meets any of the following criteria:
- Manufacturing Defect: The product itself (t-shirt, cap, cushion, keychain) is flawed, torn, or broken upon arrival.
- Printing Error: The design printed on the item is significantly different from the final design submitted and approved during checkout (e.g., wrong artwork, completely incorrect colors, or placement).
- Wrong Item Delivered: You received an item, size, or color different from what was stated on your order confirmation.
Please note: You must notify us of any defects or errors within [7 days] of receiving your delivery.
3. What is NOT Eligible for a Return or Refund?
Because our items are custom-made, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Customer Errors: Typos, spelling mistakes, or grammatical errors in the text you provided.
- Low-Quality Uploads: Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images or blurry designs uploaded by the customer.
- Sizing Issues: Ordering the wrong size. (Please refer to our size charts carefully before placing an order).
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the item after it has been printed.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at [support@printra.in] within [7 days] of receiving your order.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect, damage, or printing error.
- Let us know if you prefer a replacement of the same item or a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
- Replacements: Will be printed and shipped out to you at no extra cost within [3-5 business days].
- Refunds: Will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within [5-7 business days].
